Our powerful Diode laser hair removal system adopts the selective light absorption theory. Heating the hair shaft and hair follicle destroys the hair follicle and oxygen organization around it. This, combined with our patented Pulse width to Energy working mode, makes the energy penetration more effective and safer thus allowing for permanent hair removal without destroying the surrounding tissue. Our Diode laser system also adopts anti-ice cooling technology, making the process painless and more effective.

Yes, the procedure is completely safe when performed by skilled and trained professionals. The laser targets and damages only the hair follicle while ensuring the surrounding skin is unharmed. At iBeauty Center we use lasers certified under the TUV Full Quality Assurance System Directive 93/42 EEC.
The most common sensation felt during the procedure is a small pinch feeling. The feeling is diminished by the cold gel used and only lasts a few seconds.
Everyone reacts differently to the effects of laser hair removal. This depends on age, hormone levels, skin and hair colour. Blond and grey or white hair are difficult to treat. This is because the laser targets and detects the dark pigment in the hair follicle so if your hair is light in colour it will be difficult to detect.
Laser will permanently reduce the amount of hair and the hair growth rate. Some areas of the body will experience permanent hair removal while other areas may need more treatment to achieve hair reduction.
The number of treatments depend on the area to be treated. More hormonal areas could require more treatments than usual. Treatments are spaced 4-6 weeks apart to effectively reduce hair growth.
